Mailman is the program used on the server for mailing lists, also commonly referred to as listservs (which is a similar program to Mailman)
To create or edit lists:
- Login to cPanel
- Click the Mailing Lists icon under the Mail header.
- If editing a current list, click Modify beside the list name (a new window will open)
If editing a mailing list, you need to enter the password for the list (created when the list was created). If you've lost it, click the Change Password beside the list name.
To add an address:
- Click Membership Management
- Click Mass Subscription
- Add e-mail addresses -- one address per line
- Click the Submit Your Changes button
To remove an address:
- Click Membership Management
- Click Membership List
- Check the 'unsub' box beside the e-mail address
- Click the Submit Your Changes button
